Once again, a Festival blessed with wonderful National and International Kite Flyers attendance. The Coolum Kite Festival Committee excelled themselves again this year, our thanks to you them, their veritable horde of Volunteers, the S.E.S and all those other groups who kept the whole show moving along behind the scenes so smoothly.

There was some worrying times when the weather wasn't always so kind to us all, and sent us all scurrying to pull down kites, cover up equipment and restrain anything that was likely to be damaged when the line of storms came across on Saturday night.
