Another successful weekend at Moore park. The weather was kind to us on both days, with the breezed kicking in between 10-11 am and plenty of beach to fly on. We seemed to all stretch out across the distance this year, and as QKS members accumulate more kites we seem to need the room.
The event was really well advertised this year, and I noticed a lot of adds promoting the event in the media in the weeks prior and there were many people up in the park watching the displays with a good steady crowd coming down to the beach for a look both days.

While we were a conspicious 1 short this year, a few of the members were keen to fly some of the club kites, and fly them they did - very well in fact.
A great fest was had by all, and as always -wonderful to catch up with QKS members whom we havn't seen for some months.
